The lever-type door holder, or kick-down door holder, features a steel-reinforced rubber shoe. The zinc-plated steel door holders provide a stable hold for any size door. The positive latch holds the leg securely in the upright position. To mount, place the holder against the door and measure from the top hole to the floor. The shoe should be slightly out for best wear. For metal doors, drill pilot holes with 3/32in. drill and for wooden doors, drill pilot holes with 1/16in. drill. Screw the door holder in place, mounting screws not included. Replacement shoes are available, sold separately.
